Have your say about mental health services for children and young people

Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust, Trafford Council and NHS Trafford Clinical Commissioning Group are developing plans to transform Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) in Trafford to ensure they are fit for future purpose.

The success of this relies on gathering feedback from a wide range of stakeholders – including existing and previous service users, their families and carers, professionals who work with children and young people and the general public.

An online survey has been developed to enable you to share feedback.

Your ideas don’t necessarily need to be ground breaking – sometimes the simplest ideas and solutions can deliver huge benefits. You can also ask any questions and share any concerns you have via the online survey. You have the option to leave your email address if you would like a response.

Deadline for feedback is 4 September, 2015.

You can also have your say by contacting Tracy Clarke, Trafford CCG Communications and Engagement Specialist, at tracy.clarke8@nhs.net

Thank you in advance for your valuable feedback.
