It is undeniably a this is a difficult topic and there is no obligation to take part.

Greater Manchester Combined Authority and the NHS in Greater Manchester want to hear the thoughts of those in the region about the subject of suicide.  The thoughts you share through this quick survey will help them to design communications to hopefully encourage more people to talk about suicide.

Your responses will be treated confidentially and anonymously. If at any point you don’t feel you can continue, it is of course understood – you do not have to answer any questions that you do not want to.

If you feel you would like to speak with someone at any time, please contact Samaritans 24 hours a day on 116 123.
