Park Medical Practice will be welcoming patients to its new, purpose-built premises on Stockport Road in November

From 8am on Monday 8 November the GP practice will be opening the doors at the spacious, ground floor location where its 6300+ patients can benefit from an onsite pharmacy and enhanced disability access.

The modern location – which features Timperley Library on the building’s first floor – will also provide the GP practice’s staff and patients with additional clinical rooms, plus onsite parking.

Park Medical Practice at Park Road, Timperley will close to patients at 1pm on Friday 5 November ahead of the opening at the Stockport Road location on Monday 8 November at 8am. Patients requiring medical advice when the practices are closed are asked to ring 111 to speak to NHS111 alternatively they can call the practice on 0161 973 3485 where they will be triaged by a clinician.

The practice’s 424 sqm ground floor location is part of Trafford Housing Trust’s £7m mixed-use development. Martin Dawson, Project Manager at Assura, said “We are delighted to see that the practice is ready to welcome patients to their new medical centre.
