Patient survey – your experiences of using NHS diagnostic services
The NHS in Trafford and Manchester has launched a survey for patients to share their feedback about using diagnostic services (such as blood tests, x-rays and scans) that help diagnose a symptom that may need treatment.
We are keen to listen and hear feedback from patients living in Trafford and Manchester that have lived experiences of using these diagnostic services.
The online survey can be accessed by clicking on the following link: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/LXYQFQJ. A word version is also available which can be completed and returned to sarahtranter@nhs.net. Closing date for responses is 17 June.
We are also running an online patient voice work on Thursday 9 June 12-1pm for patients with a lived experience to share their feedback. To book a place contact tracy.clarke8@nhs.net
Feedback will be used to help inform plans regarding the development of Community Diagnostic Centres in Manchester and Trafford.
