[CLOSED] HW100: Autumn/Winter survey

It's that time of year again: our Autumn/Winter snapshot survey is now out!

Once a year we like to get an overall look at how health and social care services are doing in the borough. To do this, we open our Autumn/Winter survey which asks about what has worked, what hasn't, and what stood out over the past year. The results are then compared to last year's so that we can see what's changing.

Our findings will be made available as a report online, and sent to Trafford Council and the local Trafford Integrated Care Partnership (ICP).

The information collected will always be anonymised, so you will not be identifiable by your answers. Feel free to be completely open and honest! Your personal details will never be passed on or supplied to any other organisation and we will only ever use it for the purposes of the project.
