Get involved! Does your child have autism/ADHD and sleep difficulties?

NHS Greater Manchester is developing a universal sleep support offer for families of children aged 5 years and over with autism and/or ADHD who are experiencing sleep difficulties- and they want to hear from you.

The aim is to develop an accessible, evidence-based, non-medicalised and neuro-affirming offer, without the need for a formal diagnosis. Support could include online information and resources, webinars, parent sessions, coaching and more targeted support where needed.

NHS Greater Manchester want families to help shape this offer from the outset. They are working in co-production with Parent Carer Forum representatives to ensure the offer reflects the real experiences and needs of families.

They have developed a short questionnaire for parents and carers across Greater Manchester to share their experiences of sleep difficulties and the support they feel would be helpful.

If you want to get involved, fill in the questionnaire at the link below. Your input could make a difference in ensuring that the right services are available for those who need them.
