We undertook this project to understand current experiences of parental mental health support in Trafford and to assess how these compare with our previous findings from 2022.

Healthwatch Trafford undertook this project to provide an opportunity to understand how national ambitions and local strategy have translated into lived experience for people receiving palliative care in Trafford.

On 7th October 2025, Healthwatch Trafford conducted an announced visit at Delamere Medical Practice, Stretford.

Representation in Patient Participation Groups (PPGs) is vital, as these groups act as a bridge between the community and GP practices. As such, ensuring a diversity of voices is heard and understood enables service planning which meets the needs of the local community. This project investigated representation within PPGs in Trafford, focusing on whether members felt their groups accurately reflected the demographics of their patient populations.
